Delivery Areas

We provide local delivery throughout Canmore, Banff, Exshaw, and the Bow Valley region.
For deliveries outside this area, please contact us directly — we may be able to accommodate special requests depending on distance and timing.

Delivery Times

• Deliveries are made Tuesday through Friday. 

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we will do our best to meet specific requests such as morning or afternoon delivery windows.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00PM, subject to flower availability and delivery capacity.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not home:

• The arrangement may be left in a safe, shaded location if weather permits.

• In extreme temperatures or if no safe spot is available, we will contact the recipient or the sender to arrange redelivery.

• Additional delivery fees may apply for redeliveries.

Hospital, Hotel & Business Deliveries

For deliveries to businesses or public locations, we will deliver to the reception or designated delivery area per facility policy.
Please provide full recipient details — including room number, department, or company name — to ensure accurate delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check delivery details before placing your order.
Alpine Blooms is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional delivery fees may apply for redirection or redelivery.

Weather & Road Conditions

Deliveries may be delayed during severe weather or road closures. We will notify customers as soon as possible and arrange alternate delivery options if needed.
